1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the services of Alpha Woman Dance Studio ("Alpha Woman", "the Studio"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Alpha Woman is an exclusive dance studio for women located at Coahuila 123, Roma Norte, CDMX 06700. We offer group dance classes, private experiences, studio rental, and special workshops.
3. User account
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Minors require written authorization from a guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You may only have one active account per person.
- Alpha Woman reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credit packages and payments
- Credits are acquired by purchasing class packages.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. Alpha Woman does not store card data.
- Credits have an expiration date indicated at the time of purchase. Unused credits within the deadline are non-refundable and non-extendable.
- Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Class enrollment
- Each class consumes 1 credit at the time of enrollment.
- Capacity is limited. Enrollment guarantees your spot only if completed before the session fills up.
- You may only enroll in sessions within an active module period.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel your enrollment and recover the credit up to 2 hours before the class starts.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance do not generate a credit refund.
- No cash or card refunds are issued for already-deducted credits.
- If Alpha Woman cancels a session, the credit will be automatically returned to your balance.
7. Studio conduct
- Alpha Woman is an exclusive space for women. The right of admission is reserved.
- Respectful treatment toward instructors, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.
- Recording other students without their explicit consent is prohibited.
- Alpha Woman may revoke access to anyone who compromises the safety or atmosphere of the studio, without the right to a refund.
8. Health and physical responsibility
- By enrolling you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to perform physical activity.
- Alpha Woman is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose pre-existing medical conditions or failure to follow the instructor's directions.
- It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting any physical activity if you have doubts about your health condition.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the website and application — including texts, images, videos, logos, and educational materials — is the property of Alpha Woman and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
10. Modifications
Alpha Woman reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.
